Recent Radio Interview
Back in early May, I was interviewed by Dan Hanneman with Spiritual Rockstar Radio and the topic was “Breaking Free from the Emotional Prison.” This conversation covered a lot of territory including the planetary shift in consciousness, the scale of emotions and some description of how I work with clients.
Removing Energetic Attachments – Examples
I’ve been thinking for awhile now that I wanted to post some recordings of examples showing what it’s like to remove an energetic attachment. So, yesterday, Alice and I were working with a client and we had the opportunity to remove three separate energies and I realized those examples would be good to use.
Here is Example 1, in which you’ll hear Alice describing what the attachment looks like (this one was an object) and the process of it being removed by guides and angels on the spiritual level.
In Example 2, we have an object and an entity present with some very interesting details involved. Both of these examples are pretty typical of what this process is like. The details are always a little different and there are varying degrees of negativity around the energies, but overall the process tends to go like this most of the time.
Here are the steps of the removal process. You’ll hear most of these as you listen to the recordings. FYI – The recordings were edited a bit to cut out unnecessary dialogue and the client gave me permission to post these on my blog.
1. Identify that there is an energetic attachment present. Often we are looking around a very specific context or issue that the client is dealing with.
2. Locate precisely where the attachment is located in the client’s body or aura.
3. When Alice is present, we get some details about what the attachment looks like and it’s apparent purpose of emotional frequency. These energies are typically negative, and can be pulling the client into various negative emotional states like anger, frustration, sadness, bitterness, worry, guilt, unworthiness, etc.
4. Ask for the optimal guides and/or angels to step forward and remove the energy. The request has to be made. Nothing happens until we ask.
5. Verify when the process is complete. Often there is some healing work done on the spiritual level after the energy has been removed. The whole process takes anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes in my experience.

Cool Interview with Eckhart Tolle
I’ve seen many videos of Eckhart Tolle giving lectures and being interviewed. I’ve never seen him in such a hip environment as this one though.
Unresolved Energy – Another Real World Example
I often catch part of the Today show in the morning, and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve watched a segment and commented to my wife, “There’s another example of unresolved energy.” I see stories that relate to this several times a week.
This morning, I happened to watch a segment on a shopaholic who shared her story. Here is the video:

And here is more on this in text form:

What catches my attention are the following points:
1. She shopped because she wanted to avoid uncomfortable feelings. The rush or high she got from shopping temporarily masked the uncomfortable feelings that were coming up for her.
2. There is a direct correlation between her mother’s death and shopping. Which means, she has a few unresolved emotional energies that were created when her mother died. Her body is trying to purge these emotional energies or allow them to be resolved. But, like most people, all she knows to do is try to avoid feeling them, run away from them, and make them go away.
3. Doing anything repeatedly creates a habit. When there is a strong emotional high that results from the habit, you can have an addiction to that habit. An addiction could be defined as just a habit that has some unwanted, destructive or negative impact on your life.
I believe that all addictions, whether it be to drugs, food, shopping, gambling, sex, surfing the net, whatever… are caused by the person’s desire to avoid feeling something they don’t want to feel. There is also an avoidance of being present to what is, and that avoidance is driven by the fact that what is coming up in the present moment sometimes are the unresolved emotional energies that the person has been conditioned to avoid.
There is a very simple solution to this type of problem. You simply need to resolve these emotional energies and then you won’t have to avoid them anymore because they will be gone, deleted from your mind-body system.
In the case of this woman, if she were to resolve the unresolved emotional energies related to her mother’s death, and any other emotional energies related to her habit/addiction to shopping, she would be free from the need to shop. If I were working with her, I would also use the WaveMaker to debug all associations she has that cause her to be triggered into wanting to go shopping. Same type of thing I do with helping someone to become a non-smoker. We want to sever the links between the habit and the trigger that causes you to do the habit. It’s very easy to identify those using muscle testing.
For resolving the emotional energy, I use two techniques that work 100% of the time. I’ve done this type of work many times and it always works. I use the CORE and SEE techniques which were developed by Tom Stone.

Unbelievable Spiritual Healer
I just learned of this person, a Croatian healer named Braco, from a post in Wendy Down’s Consciousness Playground. Boy, has that membership opened my eyes to some new things over the past few weeks!
So, this person is reportedly able to heal people simply by gazing at them. He doesn’t speak or touch anyone. He has “sessions” with what looks like hundreds of people at a time. He does not accept money for this. There are many many video testimonials and stories of people whose lives have changed, healings that have occurred as a result of just being in Braco’s presence and having him gaze at them.
It’s pretty extraordinary, hard to believe, yet I have seen and heard about other powerful healers in the world so I am open to the possibility of this being totally real and verifiable.
He seems to be extremely humble in all of this, calling himself a normal person. There is definitely something going on here, it seems there are just too many witnesses who confirm similar results for it to be a mass delusion. I have heard some comments of people who can see auras and energy, and they describe things in a way that may explain Braco’s healing power. He is channeling a LOT of energy, apparently. Probably pure consciousness/awareness which has immense transformational properties.
As I have read some of the comments posted on Youtube, there are some postings from people who think this is all BS.
What occurs to me about that is… In order to “know” whether this is real or not, you would have to experience it firsthand for yourself. That is true of anything. My mind often wants to convince me that it knows things, but often whatever it is saying is just based on my belief system, which acts as a limiting box that I think inside of.
You know the phrase, “think outside the box?” That is referring to thinking outside the box of your belief system, or if what your mind feels is possible.
In order to even consider this is possibly real, you would have to have a belief system that could allow for that possibility to exist. Many people will look at this and say it’s a hoax or scam or something of that nature. Other people will see it as potentially the real deal.
It would be hard to know for sure without some personal experience, even by way of a trusted friend who had a powerful experience. Until you “know” (on a level beyond just the mind) you just don’t know for sure. Usually some form of direct experience is what provides the true knowing.
But, without an ability to at least believe it is possible, you’ll never be able to know. Your mind will shut the whole thing down pretty quickly. Mostly out of the fear of what it would mean if this was real. It may mean you would have to rethink a lot of things, and our minds/egos don’t generally like to go down that path. Our minds like to have certainty which feels much more comfortable that uncertainty. But, the reality is that there is much that is uncertain in the world we live in. Things are changing all the time, all out of our direct control. So being able to live with that uncertainty and still be comfortable, happy and at peace is the key.
In the Core Dynamics Model, we call that “living in the wonder and delight of uncertainty.” It’s where all the magic and miracles live.
I guess I find it interesting to explore how our minds work when presented with something as “out there” as this. It definitely could be used as a test to see how open-minded you are.
Where do you stand on this? Could it be possible or does your mind squash it as a sham? And if your mind squashes this, what else is your mind squashing that may be real yet outside your box?
Ok, enjoy the video and notice what your mind says as you go.
Circumstances Don’t Matter
I ran across some interesting audio and video on Youtube yesterday. I heard this person mentioned in Wendy Down’s Consciousness Playground recordings (www.wendydown.com), and wanted to check him out. This is a channeled source named Bashar and he’s pretty “out there” but the information and articulation is extremely clear. There is a sample video at the end of this article.
I spent a few hours yesterday listening to several clips and taking notes. There is some very good info such as:
****
Circumstances do not matter. They do not cause materialization. Only state of being matters. Your state of being is what causes things to materialize (manifest).
(By state of being, we are talking about emotional/vibrational position, so think about the scale of emotions. The PJFLG target is very in sync with this idea).
Your state of being allows you to decide/determine what meaning you will assign to the current circumstances. Circumstances are always “meaningless” or neutral. It is up to each person to assign meaning to the circumstance. Most of the time we do this unconsciously, without thinking, and it is done from our ego/beliefs/conditioning. It is much better to learn to do this consciously and learn to always assign positive meanings to your circumstances and you will then experience positive feedback/results/benefits coming back from those circumstances. If you assign negative meaning, then you will experience negative feedback/results/benefits.
Your circumstances are simply neutral props that allow you to decide whether you are (by reflection) in alignment with your desired state of being or not.
There is no outer reality. Your experience is the only thing that is real.
****
Another powerful understanding relates to what happens after you shift internally. Here is a bit of the process:
When faced with an “unwanted” circumstance, ask yourself “What state of being do I prefer?” You could also ask, “How can I assign positive meaning to this circumstance?”
Focus on becoming that preferred state of being. This is like the exercises we do where we line up with Peace or Gratitude or whatever emotion on the scale of emotions. It is very important to align yourself with the state that you want to experience ideally if the circumstances were the way you want them to be. The state of being is what matters (materializes) — remember that.
Then behave (act) in alignment with that state of being toward the circumstances.
This does not guarantee that the circumstances will change, but they often will, although the speed of the change could vary.
What matters is not whether the circumstances change, but that YOU change your response to the circumstances. That is when you know you have grown… You are able to respond differently to the same circumstances.
You must persist in responding consistent with your desired state of being. The same circumstance may “echo” a few times giving you opportunities to respond in the new way again and again. This is the confirmation that you are now ready for a new reality. Don’t let it throw you if this happens. It is easy to say, “why isn’t this circumstance changing?” and get frustrated. But, what matters is your state of being. Keep choosing your response and outer circumstances usually will shift to align with your new state of being.
Accomplishing Everything By Doing No-thing
I got turned onto a new technique/tool last week. It’s directly related to both Matrix Energetics and Tom Stone’s work with Pure Awareness. The developer of this tool, Dr. Frank Kinslow, has a similar past as that of Tom Stone in that he also studied with Maharishi for many years.
I’ve watched the videos on the site and read the ebook on Instant Healing. It was really pretty easy for me to pick this up because it is so similar to things I’m already doing. Looking forward to integrating it into sessions when it muscle tests as optimal to do so.
Check out www.quantumentrainment.com and here are some videos on the subject.
How Real is Reality?
I’m enjoying looking at Youtube videos on quantum physics and the nature of our reality. There are many interesting videos out there… Here are a couple.
Understanding the Power of Emotion
Our emotions play an important role in both our experience of life and our ability to create our reality.
Gregg Braden talks about this in a really interesting way in this video (there are 5 segments).
