Changing the Blueprint

A friend who I met through The Consciousness Playground recently shared some experiences and results she’s had using TAT which stands for “Tapas Acupressure Technique.”

I watched a couple of the videos on the site and it looks like something I’d like to explore and potentially work with. I like to add new tools to my coaching toolbelt as I come across them — provided they are effective and can get great results.

What strikes me about a lot of the tools I use is how light and easy the process of change can be when you are working in the 5th dimension (spiritual) or higher dimensions. We live in this physical 3rd dimension which is so dense we have the appearance of solid objects and a physical reality. But higher dimensions are much lighter, less dense and easier to work with.

The 4th dimension is where thought and emotion appear. Notice how much easier it is to “think” new realities as compared to experiencing them in your 3rd dimensional reality. As one of my teachers, Andrea Hess likes to say, “Just notice how much easier it is to think about and plan making a 3 course dinner as compared to actually making it.” The time, energy and effort is much less when just thinking and planning (4th dimension) as compared to doing the actual work which occurs in the 3rd dimension.

When it comes to making changes to your life circumstances or to yourself, this becomes a very useful concept to work with. What are we really? We are energy and information disguised as physical form. The physical form is the reflection of the energy and information. The energy and information is the blueprint for the physical form.

The really cool part of this is that it’s extremely easy to change the energy and information. We’ve seen how that can be done using these various energy modalities. I’m often amazed at how easy it is to shift things on that level simply by identifying them and requesting or commanding them to change. Totally quantum physics in action!

When we try to change ourselves on the 3rd dimension level, it is difficult. But, that’s because we are trying to change the reflection instead of changing the blueprint of the reflection.

I love this analogy — if you were looking in the mirror and you saw you had a smudge of dirt on your face, would you wipe off the smudge by rubbing it off the mirror or would you wipe it off your face? So often we try to change the reflection (our physical aspect) yet the source of the reflection (root cause) has not changed and so nothing really changes.

But when you can get to the source (root cause) at the energy/information level and make changes there, then the reflection shifts because it has to. How can a reflection be out of alignment with what it is reflecting? It can’t, at least not for very long.

This TAT process looks very easy, and that seems to be the direction we are evolving, finding easier and easier ways to change the energy and information, which allows us to change just about any aspect we want to in our physical reality.

We live in very exciting times!

Learn to Hit the OFF Switch on Your Thinking

One of the greatest skills I’ve picked up over the past year or so, is how to shut down my thinking as soon as I notice it’s headed in a negative direction.

Our mind often functions as the “commentator” on life. And it never seems to shut up.

Thoughts are just thoughts. They are not reality. They are commentary on reality. Often we get seduced into thinking our thoughts are actually reality. Step out of this illusion.

I experience immense peace and tranquility when I simply shut down my thinking. This can take some practice but it is very worthwhile. I often use the Quantum Entrainment technique (pretty much the same as a Matrix Energetics two point) to stop my mind in it’s tracks. Or I’ll just “pull the plug” on my mental energy.

I’ve gotten to where I can sense when my mind is about to start jabbering away about some situation or circumstance and I can feel that it’s going to be a negative commentary. The old habit was to listen to that commentary and pay attention to it, and then feel like I have to DO something about it. That habit does not serve me because often the commentary is meaningless and based on a viewpoint that I don’t actually agree with.

So, it’s as if I hit the OFF switch and just shut my mind down completely. It feels so great to do that! Silence, stillness and peace are present in that moment. Eventually I let thinking start back up again but I’ve redirected the mental energy toward some other topic that feels good to think about.

This practice will help you hold your high vibration. And holding high vibration is THE most important thing you can do in order to be more effective at manifesting, attracting and creating your ideal outcomes. It’s also THE most important thing you can learn period.

Your Words Create Your Vibe

In addition to choosing your perspective wisely, you also will want to choose wisely the words you use to describe your outcome, or perspective or whatever you are focusing on.

From a Law of Attraction standpoint, what matters is the feeling you have about any subject. And, the way you think of or talk about the subject will have a lot to do with creating that feeling.

Here is an example:

“I am easily able to lose 20 pounds and reach my ideal weight goal.”

It would depend on the individual, but to me this statement has a negative vibe to it. Mainly because it talks about “losing” something, which deep down feels like a bad thing for most people.

A better statement might be:

“I easily reach and maintain my ideal weight.”

Or, even stronger:

“I am now at my ideal weight.”

Or, if that feels too strong:

“I am now in the process of becoming as thin as I want to be!”

***

Pay attention to how you feel when you speak or think your intention statements, goals, desired outcomes, etc. You will have either a positive vibe or a negative vibe based on the way the statement is worded. The words create the vibe!

If you don’t feel very positive when you think about a certain statement, play with the wording until it feels really good to you.

Phrases like,

“I’m in the process of…”

“The universe is now bringing to me…”

“I love knowing that…”

can be useful to improve your vibe.

It is always best to have what you are asking for in the present tense, spoken as if you already have it now. However, sometimes that can create a negative vibe because it just doesn’t feel true and some part of you goes, “yeah, right!”

How you feel about your statements and thoughts is extremely important. Just make sure it’s a positive feeling and not a negative one. If it feels negative, tweak the wording until it feels positive.

If you know how to muscle test, you can actually just test any statement to see if it is positive or negative. If you don’t have that ability, you can go by how it feels to you.

The Most Powerful Choice You Can Make

You have the power to choose your perspective, point of view, story that you are telling yourself about every subject, circumstance, person and situation in your life.

The choice you make (as to which perspective you choose) will directly impact your emotional state and “vibration” because certain perspectives have a positive vibe and others have a negative vibe.

Choose your perspectives wisely, with this awareness.

In the places where you notice that your perspective is not serving you or is taking you into low vibration… Change your perspective.

Remember this always: “When you change the way you look at things, the things you look at change.”

It may be more accurately that things “appear” to change because you have lined up with a different “slice” of that reality. But for all intents and purposes, the appearance is your reality experience, therefore, it IS your reality.

You can hold a true perspective from any point on the Scale of Emotions. Try to always have perspectives that are rooted in the top end of the scale.

Demos of CORE and SEE Techniques

Here is a recording from a recent demo session which has some good conceptual understanding of how these techniques work. As you’ll hear in the recording, I need only 3 techniques to shift every possible emotional energy block (or “sandbag” as I call them) that I’ve ever encountered.

You’ll hear 2 of the techniques demonstrated in this recording. For a demo of the 3rd technique, go here

On Gratitude and Walking Your Path

I’ve been meeting with Alice (my spiritual conduit and interpreter) on a weekly basis for the past month, getting some wonderful guidance and interaction from my own spiritual guides and loved ones who’ve crossed over and who are working on my behalf to help me manifest things here on the physical plane. It’s so exciting to learn about what is happening “on the other side of the curtain,” I love these conversations!

Here is an excerpt from our session last week. You’ll hear my wife speaking as well (she attends these sessions too). Some of the questions and subjects covered include:

- Do I need to keep focusing on my desires even after they have begun showing up?
- The role of gratitude in the manifestation process.
- Do we need a strong desire in order to have things show up?
- What can I do to be more fully on my path in this lifetime?
- What does it mean to be on my path?
- The importance of taking time to play.
- The importance of focusing on the feeling of whatever you desire.

Choosing the Right Perspective

Do you have any circumstances, situations or relationships in your life where you have a hard time holding a high vibration when you think about them?

Examples:

- The Gulf oil spill

- Your money situation

- Your work situation

- Your health / weight / well-being

- Some relationship that is difficult for you

We all have “thorns” in our lives. Those problematic, vibration-lowering things or people that seem to mess up our happiness. We may think, “If only that were different, I would be able to be happy so easily!”

Well, the thorns are there for a reason. And, you’ll probably always have at least one in your life until you learn how to be happy (in high vibration state) despite whatever thorns are present.

Focusing on getting rid of the thorns, or longing for the day when the thorns will leave us is not the best way to deal with them. Once one thorn leaves, another will soon take it’s place. It just seems to be how life works, we always have a challenge or two to deal with.

Which is a good thing really. Life would be way to easy and boring without the challenges. It is only through dealing with adversity that we can grow and evolve. The key is to be able to deal with the adversity from a happy place. Then it doesn’t feel like such a big deal.

In fact, the one way to get rid of the thorns completely for the rest of your life is to learn how to deal with them while being happy. Then the thorns can transform into roses (maybe taking that metaphor too far but you get the idea). You’ll still have them, but when you are holding them in acceptance, peace, love and joy (as examples of high states), you will feel totally different about them, and even be grateful (another high state) to have them in your life because you recognize their value as spiritual teachers.

At this point, in my experience of playing with this, the thorns kind of disappear. They only stay invisible however, as long as I stay in high state in relationship to them. If I drop into a negative state again, they become “activated” or visible again.

This comes back to the idea that your perspective determines your reality. (btw – that’s a quote from Star Wars, Episode 1 when Qui-Gon is teaching young Anakin. There are many great manifesting and reality-shifting quotes in the Star Wars movies. The Jedi’s are masters of this stuff).

All we experience is our perspective. It’s just one slice of the true reality. You can never experience more than that one slice at a time (at least not until you have developed that ability and are living fully as a multi-dimensional being). But you can experience a different slice by choosing a new perspective. This is why the reality seems to change when we change our perspective. Our experience of the reality changes, and as far as we are concerned, from our vantage point, the reality has changed. But all of the slices are still there and other people are still experiencing that same reality from all of the other perspectives.

The BP oil spill is a good example of this. You can imagine all the different perspectives that people are in right now. Most are probably negative and resistant.

So, your job is to identify the topics, subjects or areas of your life where you notice you have a negative perspective. The way you can tell is by how you feel when you think about that topic, subject or area. If you immediately start to feel lower feeling states (anything in the low end of the Scale of Emotions), then you’ve found one.

Once you’ve identified a thorn, you now need to find a new positive perspective to take. You’ll need to make this your new home on this topic. You can look at the Scale of Emotions and choose a perspective that aligns with anything on the top section of positive vibrations. Peace, Acceptance, Love, and Hope are good examples, but anything positive will work.

When you have fully shifted your perspective, you may notice that the reality begins to shift too. That person who was so problematic for you is now showing up different, more friendly or cooperative. You’re feeling better and better about this topic. Just keep the train moving in that direction and you’ll experience the transformation of a thorn into a rose.

Recent Radio Interview

Back in early May, I was interviewed by Dan Hanneman with Spiritual Rockstar Radio and the topic was “Breaking Free from the Emotional Prison.” This conversation covered a lot of territory including the planetary shift in consciousness, the scale of emotions and some description of how I work with clients.

The Biggest Game in Town

I’ve been working on an ecourse entitled, “Living the Ultimate Manifestation.” The course isn’t finished, but I wanted to post some excerpts of it to my blog in the meantime. Here is the first segment…

Living the Ultimate Manifestation – Part 1

I came up with the term, The Ultimate Manifestation, after spending several years coaching people on how to manifest, attract and create their intentions, dreams and desires in life.

I honestly felt that being good at manifesting and attracting was the biggest game in town. I thought that was what everyone really wanted (deep down). What skill could be better than knowing how to easily and quickly bring into existence the things, situations and circumstances that you most desire?

More time, more money, better relationships, a better job, a bigger house, better health… All of these areas can improve significantly when you understand and work effectively with the mechanics of how reality is created.

I celebrated many successful manifestations with my clients, and I got to be a witness to some pretty extraordinary events over the past several years. But, over time, I began to notice something that made me feel a bit uncomfortable.

I remember being on a trip to California in August of 2009 when I felt something had shifted in my relationship to how I coach people and how I was living my own life.

The realization hit me that being great at manifesting, attracting and creating your life isn’t worth a whole lot if you still aren’t able to experience lasting happiness along the way. And, I was seeing this pattern with my clients: They’d focus on what they wanted to bring into reality, they’d do the work, take the actions and it would show up! They’d be happy and excited for a few weeks, and then they’d be shifting their attention to some new thing to manifest. Which all seemed fine at the time.

But, what I noticed was their happiness and excitement usually waned after a couple weeks, and it was as if they needed to now manifest something new in order to feel that level of happiness and excitement again.

What was getting lost in the midst of all of this manifesting, was what I recognized as “The Ultimate Manifestation.”

As I searched for the meaning behind what I was seeing, it gradually became very clear to me.

What we all really want is not more stuff, better this and bigger that.

What we all really want is a feeling. It’s the feeling of lasting happiness.

I realized that we could make living that state the priority and discover how to live a life of lasting happiness regardless of what is manifesting in our life circumstances. And, when we do this, we unlock the door to living a life of extraordinary peace, joy, freedom, love, gratitude and excitement.

We can still continue to manifest all kinds of wonderful things, situations and circumstances, but we can do it from a place of already having what we most want: the feeling of lasting happiness.

I have shifted my coaching practice to be all about helping people to live the Ultimate Manifestation. It’s the most worthwhile goal I’ve ever found, and it brings me great joy to see my clients becoming steadily happier in their lives regardless of what is going on around them.

I still believe that the skill of deliberately and intentionally manifesting your reality is the coolest ability you can learn in this lifetime. And, I still coach people to help them improve their abilities and skills in this area. But I now see that the art and practice of living a truly happy life regardless of your circumstances is the biggest, most important game in town.
It may be the most important lesson for each and every one of us to learn in this lifetime. (Doesn’t it seem like life is trying to teach us this when it throws us the occasional curveball?)

So, I hope you enjoy this eCourse, and I hope that as a result you will make Living the Ultimate Manifestation the top goal on your list. It will truly change your life and the lives of everyone around you.

Removing Energetic Attachments – Examples

I’ve been thinking for awhile now that I wanted to post some recordings of examples showing what it’s like to remove an energetic attachment. So, yesterday, Alice and I were working with a client and we had the opportunity to remove three separate energies and I realized those examples would be good to use.

Here is Example 1, in which you’ll hear Alice describing what the attachment looks like (this one was an object) and the process of it being removed by guides and angels on the spiritual level.

In Example 2, we have an object and an entity present with some very interesting details involved. Both of these examples are pretty typical of what this process is like. The details are always a little different and there are varying degrees of negativity around the energies, but overall the process tends to go like this most of the time.

Here are the steps of the removal process. You’ll hear most of these as you listen to the recordings. FYI – The recordings were edited a bit to cut out unnecessary dialogue and the client gave me permission to post these on my blog.

1. Identify that there is an energetic attachment present. Often we are looking around a very specific context or issue that the client is dealing with.

2. Locate precisely where the attachment is located in the client’s body or aura.

3. When Alice is present, we get some details about what the attachment looks like and it’s apparent purpose of emotional frequency. These energies are typically negative, and can be pulling the client into various negative emotional states like anger, frustration, sadness, bitterness, worry, guilt, unworthiness, etc.

4. Ask for the optimal guides and/or angels to step forward and remove the energy. The request has to be made. Nothing happens until we ask.

5. Verify when the process is complete. Often there is some healing work done on the spiritual level after the energy has been removed. The whole process takes anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes in my experience.
